Shipping Policy – EMASBIT
1. Shipping Coverage
EMASBIT currently delivers within Malaysia, including Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan.
2. Shipping Fees
Shipping charges are paid by the customer and calculated at checkout:
- Peninsular Malaysia: RM8.00 per order
- Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan: RM15.00 per order
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated transit times after dispatch are:
- Peninsular Malaysia: 3–5 business days
- Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan: 5–8 business days
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates do not include order preparation and processing time.
4. Order Processing
Orders will be prepared and packed securely before dispatch. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, stock availability and customization requirements.
5. Delivery and Tracking
Tracking information will be provided when available. Delivery times may be affected by courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6. Incorrect Address and Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. If an incorrect or incomplete address results in a failed delivery, additional redelivery charges may apply.
If your parcel arrives damaged, appears tampered with or is missing, please contact EMASBIT promptly with your order number, photographs and relevant details so we can investigate.
