TERMS OF SERVICE — EMASBIT

Welcome to EMASBIT, operated by Iftiniddy Jewellery (SSM Registration No. 202303242837 / 003533119-P). By accessing our website, https://emasbit.com, or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Our Products
EMASBIT specialises in premium gift cards containing genuine physical gold, presented as meaningful gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, corporate appreciation and other special occasions.
Product specifications, including gold purity, weight, design, packaging and selling price, are stated on the relevant product pages.
Our products are marketed primarily as gifts, not as investment products. EMASBIT does not guarantee future gold prices, resale values or investment returns.
2. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs and specifications are accurate.
Actual product colours may vary slightly due to lighting, photography and screen settings.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the selected design, gold weight, quantity and other product details before completing their purchase.
3. Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to product availability and successful payment verification.
EMASBIT reserves the right to contact customers to clarify order information, refuse suspected fraudulent transactions or cancel orders where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable consumer laws.
Orders will only be processed after payment has been successfully confirmed through an authorised payment method displayed at checkout.
4. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), unless otherwise stated.
Delivery charges are calculated separately and displayed during checkout.
EMASBIT reserves the right to update product prices and promotional offers without prior notice. Changes will not affect orders already accepted and paid for, except where required by law or agreed with the customer.
5. Order Processing and Quality Control
EMASBIT conducts quality control checks before dispatch to verify product condition, quantity, selected design and packaging.
Every order is prepared with care. However, customers are encouraged to inspect their parcels immediately upon delivery and report any genuine issues promptly.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.
The current standard delivery charges are:
- Peninsular Malaysia: RM8
- Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan: RM15
Delivery estimates shown at checkout are indicative and may vary depending on courier operations, location, public holidays and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery information.

7. Mandatory Unboxing Video for Claims
To support fair and transparent investigation of missing-item, incorrect-item, damaged-product or tampered-parcel claims, customers are required under EMASBIT’s claims procedure to record a clear, continuous and unedited unboxing video.
The recording should begin before the parcel is opened and clearly show:
- The sealed outer parcel and shipping label
- The condition of the packaging before opening
- The complete opening process without interruption
- All products and packaging contents received
- Any visible damage, discrepancy or missing items
Customers should retain the original packaging and promptly contact EMASBIT with the video, photographs and order details.
EMASBIT may review its pre-dispatch quality control records, packing evidence, courier records and supporting information when investigating a claim.
Failure to provide an unboxing video may limit our ability to verify certain claims. However, it does not automatically invalidate genuine claims or remove any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable Malaysian consumer protection laws.
EMASBIT reserves the right to reject claims supported by fabricated, manipulated or intentionally misleading evidence following reasonable investigation.
8. Returns, Refunds and Replacements
Requests for returns, refunds or replacements will be assessed in accordance with our published Return and Refund Policy and applicable Malaysian law.
Customers should contact EMASBIT promptly if they receive an incorrect, damaged or defective product.
Personalised or custom-made products may have different return conditions, except where statutory consumer rights apply.
9. Corporate, Wedding and Bulk Orders
Corporate gifting, wedding favours and bulk orders may be subject to separate quotations, minimum order quantities, production schedules and agreed specifications.
Where custom designs are requested, customers are responsible for checking and approving final artwork, wording, quantities and other specifications before production.
Any applicable deposit, amendment, cancellation or production conditions will be communicated before the customer confirms the order.
10. Intellectual Property
All EMASBIT branding, logos, original product designs, website content and promotional materials are owned by EMASBIT or used with permission.
Unauthorised copying, reproduction, commercial distribution or misuse is prohibited, subject to applicable law.
11. Fraud Prevention
EMASBIT maintains records of orders, payment confirmations, packing procedures and dispatch information to support transaction security and dispute resolution.
We may investigate suspected fraudulent activities and provide relevant evidence to payment providers, delivery partners or lawful authorities where appropriate and permitted by law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, EMASBIT is not responsible for losses arising from incorrect information supplied by customers or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
13. Changes to These Terms
EMASBIT may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be published on our website with its effective date.
14. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
